Online Live Streamed Classes Every Week

 
Due to the  current Coronavirus situation I am offering a range of live online streamed classes so you can practice  from the comfort and safety of your own home
 
Monday 7.30 - 8.30am GMT 
Tuesday 7.30-8.45pm GMT
Wednesday 12.30 - 1.30pm GMT
  Thursday 7.30 - 8.45pm GMT
 Saturday 10-11.15am GMT 
 
 To join click on the links below to register.  On registering you should receive an automatic email from Jeff with with  the Zoom link you will need to access the meeting. You will also need to download Zoom and create a Zoom account.  I suggest you set up Zoom well in advance  to make sure audio and video working and log in 10 - 15 minutes so we are ready to start on time!

Pay By Donation

This will, at least initially, be done on a donation basis...suggested £10 (£8 for 1 hour lunchtime class) or I'm ok with whatever you can afford to pay with your current financial situation... I'd hate to think you couldn't enjoy the benefits of yoga because you couldn't afford it but do bear in mind this is an exchange for my time and energy so please do give whatever you can, even if it's a nominal amount but I understand if it needs to be for free.  Many thanks!

Rise and Shine Morning Flow - mixed level

Start the day in a positive way with an energising morning flow.  

Not suitable for complete beginners, those working through injuries or with underlying medical conditions unless you have studied with me before. Not suitable for pregnant women unless an experienced yogini and you need to DM me.

TUESDAY
7.30PM - 8.45PM GMT
Open/mixed Level

Signature Dynamic aligned slow flow with lots of options for all levels from relative beginners to experienced teachers

Not suitable for complete beginners, those working through injuries or with underlying medical conditions unless you have studied with me before. Not suitable for pregnant women unless an experienced yogini and you need to DM me

WEDNESDAY
12.30PM - 1.30PM  GMT
Midweek  Lunchtime Unwind 


Mellow stretchinging and breathing to help you release  physical and mental tension and stress from your working week and computer/smart phone posture

Suitable for all 

THURSDAY 
7.30PM - 8.45PM  GMT
Mellow Evening Unwind 

A more chilled out relaxing soothing class

How to Access the Class

I use a platform called Zoom which you will need to download and create a Zoom account before your first online class.

 It seems to work best on a laptop rather than a phone or tablet.  

Once you have registered for class you will  be sent an email from Zoom which will contain the link so you can access the meeting. 

Please log in 10 - 15 minutes before the start of the class so we can start on time.

 

CREATE ZOOM ACCOUNT

Instructions Once You Are in The Class

Click on the video of me and click pin video which will keep me as your large video screen
 
Click hide other participants 
 
Select speaker view and not gallery view on the top right corner
 
This will work best if you view on a laptop rather than a tablet or phone if possible.
 
Once we get started with the class you will also need to mute your sound in the bottom left hand corner.  If possible position your laptop in such a way that I can see your full mat so I see what you are doing.
