What My Students Say
A week away from being taught Yoga asana, meditation, pranayama, chanting and Yoga Nidra by the most amazing and authentic Yoga teacher, next to the sea in the Greek sunshine. Eating delicious food, sharing stories, ice creams, and so much laughter. What is there not to love? Thank you, Jeff, for a fabulous week of yoga in Greece, I loved every minute. As a Yoga teacher myself, it was such a treat to be taught by someone who teaches with such love and passion it radiates outwardly. Five hours on my mat each day being lead through such a wonderful practice was perfect, I loved being the student. Thank you
Carly
I have done a lot of retreats (over 20!) and your yoga retreat in Greece was honestly right up there... firstly for your top teaching, but also for the lovely place and the great Greek food. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the sea warm and so many beaches easy to reach.
A particular word on the yoga though: it was challenging but you always gave alternatives so no one found it impossible, plenty to learn even for the more expert. What I really liked was the imagery and the metaphor, quite original to you, which accompanied every pose, made us smile and helped each of us to ‘find our edge’! I have rediscovered my shoulders and a sense of deep calm pervades... I’m safely back from Antiparos, feeling a million dollars! Loved it all.

I just returned from Antiparos after my 4th yoga retreat with Jeff. As usual it was just the right mix of yoga, meditation and mindful stillness - all practiced with a great group of like minded yogis. Jeff has a very natural ability and his easy playful style of teaching encourages the best out of his students. I love it and returned home feeling amazing. Cant wait for my 5th retreat which will be in Goa!
