THE VENUE

Oxon Hoath is a stunning and ancient stately home in Kent, set in the heart of the English countryside with 73 acres of its own beautiful, tranquil gardens and only 45 minutes from London. Oxon Hoath was built over 600 years ago by Sir John Culpepper as a royal park for deer and oxen and today it still retains its timeless magic.   It offers an ideal setting for spiritual practice and will give you the chance to immerse yourself in yoga, recharge and relax and enjoy the peaceful and natural surroundings.

The Yoga

Over the course of the weekend there will be four meditation sessions and four yoga sessions.

The morning yoga practices will be be a dynamic, creative, playful and explorative ‘deep slow flow’ asana practice and will include meditation and pranayama. The afternoon sessions will be a mellower, soothing and nurturing practice, delving into areas such as yin yoga, restoratives, pranayama, chakras, yoga nidra and meditation.  This will be a deeply nourishing and blissful practise.

Jeff has lots of experience teaching students of all levels. His depth of understanding, playful approach, ability to challenge students to safely explore their edge and his love of pranayama and meditation will give you the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice both physically and internally.

What my students say

"Everything was perfect: from the wonderful organisation, the beautiful and peaceful location, the delicious meals, the friendly group of people and all the amazing yoga sessions which were alternatively restorative, meditative, restful, rejuvenative, chanting, breathing and sometimes challenging... I enjoyed each of them so much. Thank you very much Jeff for all you bring to your classes. My practice has deepened a lot. For sure the benefits of this retreat will stay printed in my body, my heart and my soul for a long long time. I am really grateful for such a gift"

Sandrine

"Thank you for my making my first UK yoga weekend an extra special treat. Such a wonderful time with a really great teacher, delicious super healthy food in a perfect location topped off with the best treatment experience and very smoothly run too! I even did my first handstand and crow although sitting crossed legged was probably my biggest challenge - had to resort to 3 cushions!  It was my Christmas present from my hubby and it was so perfect I’m already thinking of making it my next Christmas present too!"

Vicki

"Thanks so much for such a great yoga weekend n the UK. It was just what I needed. I have felt very clear headed and a lot calmer since. I loved all the meditation and the asana practice too. I feel so much better physically and mentally from the weekend’s practices. Plus amazing food and a group of people. I loved it".
